Bottle Closure ( Cap ) Disinfection

UV Connection offers UV Cap Disinfection equipment as a final disinfection method in the bottling process. These systems attach directly to an existing cap chute, exposing the closure interior to short wave germicidal UV. This provides a final stage of disinfection before caps attach to the bottles. UV Closure Disinfection systems are sized according to cap diameter, speed and available space. We manufacture systems for broad disinfection or we can customize a system to control a specific microorganism.
